Pork Processing

Please call or email us to set up a processing date for your hog.  We have the ability to slaughter a BBQ hog for you.   You have the option to have the hams, bacon, and/ or hocks cured and smoked.  We also offer several sausage flavors.  You can download your Pork Cut Sheet here, complete the online submission below, or call in your order.

If you selected Shoulder Roast, provide size. If you selected Shoulder Steak, provide thickness.
